Shipping policy

At Essentials by Jay, we do our best to make every order simple, clear, and hassle-free from checkout to delivery. Below you’ll find our delivery timelines, shipping fees, and important information regarding international orders.

Lebanon

Delivery Time: 2–5 working days
Shipping Fee: $4 across Lebanon

Delivery times are estimates and do not include Lebanese public holidays or bank holidays.

UAE & KSA

Delivery Time: 3–5 working days
Carrier: Express door-to-door delivery
Shipping Fee: Calculated and displayed at checkout

Taxes & Duties: The total shown at checkout includes applicable VAT, customs duties, and other relevant fees, so there should be no additional customs payment required upon delivery.

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, from our warehouse in Lebanon.

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate and complete when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delivery delays.

Delivery Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times and shipment handling are managed by the courier company. While we work closely with our delivery partners to help ensure your order arrives as expected, Essentials by Jay cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • National strikes or courier and postal service disruptions
  • Customs clearance or international shipping delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout
  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Political instability or other unforeseen events
  • Other circumstances that may affect courier operations

Damaged, Lost or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is reported as lost, or you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@essentialsbyjay.com with your order details. We’ll work with the courier to investigate the issue and assist you with the next steps.
